Improve reading outcomes for students
“In 2024, only one in four third graders in Worcester’s public schools were reading at grade level, according to the MCAS Assessment. It is concerning, especially since my son will be entering third grade. With my platform, I will advocate for school libraries and literacy programs to improve reading outcomes for students in Worcester Public Schools, including my son and his classmates.”
“My dedication to inclusive, safe education, combined with my experience in meeting my child’s needs and knowledge of state and local education funding, will equip me to support our educators, students, and families in the WPS community. I will be an ally to the WPS community and ensure parents like me have representation, support, and a platform. “

Afterschool Programs
We need afterschool programs that support academic growth, creativity, and social development in a safe and engaging environment.

Special Education:
We must deliver inclusive, individualized support that empowers students with special needs to reach their full potential.
Transportation
Worcester students deserve reliable transportation to ensure they make it to school no matter where in the district they are.
Teachers
For our teachers to do their jobs we must provide them professional development, fair wages, and a safe workplace.
